Sport-ball helps to develop socially as well as physically, through a curriculum designed to reinforce self-confidence, free of the pressure of the competition. Working with children 30 months to 10 years old in a high-energy, fun-filled curriculum, Sport-ball provides the basic concepts and skills behind eight popular sports: baseball, football, basketball, golf, hockey, soccer, tennis and volleyball. Classes are conducted once a week in one-hour sessions.
Beyond physical development, Sport-Ball classes emphasize the importance of teamwork, communication, and fair play. As children interact with their peers, they build social skills, learn to work together towards common goals, and develop a sense of sportsmanship. Our goal is to create a positive, enjoyable experience that not only improves fitness but also instills a lifelong love for physical activity.
Sport-Ball classes are designed for children aged 3 to 12 years old, with activities tailored to different developmental stages.
Our program introduces children to a variety of sports, including soccer, basketball, and basic athletic skills, focusing on fun and fundamental techniques.
No prior experience is required. Our classes are designed for beginners and provide a supportive environment for all skill levels.
Children should wear comfortable, athletic clothing and sneakers suitable for physical activity. We recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Classes include group activities and games that emphasize cooperation, communication, and fair play, helping children develop teamwork skills while having fun.
