Class overview
Class helps to foster language development and cultural understanding through a curriculum designed to build self-confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Mandarin, free from the pressure of tests and formal assessments. Working with children aged 30 months to 10 years in an engaging, fun-filled environment, Mandarin Class introduces the basic concepts of the Mandarin language, including pronunciation, vocabulary, sentence structure, and character recognition. Classes are conducted once a week in one-hour sessions.
Beyond language skills, Mandarin Class emphasizes the importance of cultural awareness, communication, and interaction. As children engage with their peers, they build social skills, learn to express themselves in a new language, and gain appreciation for Chinese culture.
